    The person should have knowledge of Hospital Management Quality Accreditation Standards. 
    The Candidate should have the ability to motivate and develop the Team through continuous training, mentoring and performance management. It is extremely essential to have an overall understanding of various clinical specialities and medico-legal protocols. Requires to maintain a strong network with all clinical Specialities, prepared to stretch to a reasonable extent to support strong customer focussed brand positioning. Good communication skill, flexibility and perseverance are the most important personal skills required for the success of this position.
