- a) Should have sound knowledge of Office 365
b) Knowledge and hands on experience on Exchange Online, Lync Online, SharePoint Online, Yammer and One Drive, Active Directory
c) Must be aware of different licensing and use roles of Office 365
d) Should be aware of the ITIL, Process of Incident and Change Management
e) Experience in training and migrating desktop users to Office 365.
- a) Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Exchange and Office 365
b) MS Certifications on Office, SharePoint, AD, Windows Desktop, Windows Server,ITIL Certifications.
c) Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
