Junior Sales Associates

Arabic speaking Retail Sales Associates (luxury fashion & Abaayas) responsibilities include partnering closely with customers to understand their needs, answer queries and recommend the right product that will meet their requirement. The Retail Sales Associate should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints to ensure highest client satisfaction. A successful Retail Sales Associate will stay up-to-date on product features and maintain high standards of our stores visually. The key objective of a Retail Sales Associate will be to achieve excellent customer service and consistently achieve the store's sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers to the store.
Assess customer's needs; provide assistance by answering queries and product information.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Build productive trust relationships with customers
Work towards achieving sales goals.
Drive sales by going the extra mile.
Remain up to date on new products and features.
Enter and maintain customer information in the database.
Generate daily sales and other reports.
Manage and account for daily cash sales.
Handle product returns, customer complaints and other concerns.
Work with colleagues to achieve store objectives.
Maintain product stock, store appearance and product displays.
Comply with inventory control procedures
Work towards enhancing processes and systems.


At least 3 years of relevant work experience as a Retail Sales Associate or Sales Representative in luxury fashion brands,
Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must.
Good communication, interpersonal skills and a team player.
Confident personality with customer service focus
Negotiation and presentation skills,
Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
Good understanding of sales methods and customer service practices,
A passion for selling with previous record of achieving sales targets,
Familiarity with inventory procedures,
Availability to work flexible shifts,
Secondary /equal education

General Manager

- Responsible for exploring business avenues along with marketing and sales promotions for achieving the business targets

- Managing P & L Account of stores for maximum profitability by addressing improvement areas

- Responsible for entire retail outlet operations inclusive of attractive display of goods, visual merchandising and customer service and managing the departments; assuring that all products are well merchandised, displayed and visible 

- Manage and be accountable for the performance of the retail concepts - Sales, retail ambience, people, merchandising, maintenance.

- Analyzing sales figures, forecasting future sales and allocating targets

- Budget, manage and optimize the operational cost.

- Develop strategies for effective communication and running of campaigns and promotions.

- Make recommendations on commercial opportunities at Market level by analyzing retail KPI's and local retail trends and needs.

- Responsible for the stock management, inventory and shrinkage

- Developing an effective CRM strategy and use the CRM efficiently to maximize sales.
