You will handle Sales & Business Development of General  Segment you will be based based at Manila, Philippines. 
    Candidate who has worked in Western OR South Zone in India. 
    You will ensure achievement of budget, New product launches & Retention / Development of team of sales. 
    You will handle scientific / medical promotions and effective implementation of strategies.
    1. Responsible for managing sales force of a sales team. 
    2. Manage and develop Area Managers to achieve accelerated growth for the team to execute marketing programs and achieve sales result. 
    3. Help in building Mega Culture within the team while contributing in efficiency building in the sales function and helping marketing team in developing appropriate marketing programs. 
    4. Building sustainable KOL relationships 
      B.Sc or B.Pharma, Min 12-15 yrs of exp. in Pharma Sales with 10-12 yrs out of which 2-3 years as Second Line Manager or Third Line Manager handling Acute Segment based at Philippines. 
      You should be good in Man Management & Business Development. 
      You should have good experience in scientific / medical promotions, launching new products and effective implementation of strategies.
