- To be responsible for the targeted Sales delivery of the assigned territory for the year and to run the sales operations of the division as per systems and processes. To maintain and Grow market share and maximize secondary & tertiary sales of Vision Care products in designated markets / customers. To manage and expand distribution by identifying new locations / outlets and act as liaison between the company and distributor, distributor and the retailer / point-of-sale
Job Scope :
He would be responsible for achieving quarterly/ yearly targets.
His area of coverage would be island wide and would work individually for sales and for development of the market.
He would be responsible for handling existing accounts & also for developing new accounts.
He would be responsible in handling the DB sales & marketing team and would be working very closely with them on a day to day basis.
He would be responsible for submitting weekly/monthly reports of sales & stocks.
- This person would be looking into the Vision Care business in Sri Lanka.
He should have min of 6-9 years of working experience in FMCG/Pharmaceutical industry.
He should be fluent in English.
He should also be able to speak Sinhalese fluently but additionally speaking Tamil would be an added advantage.
