RESPONSIBILITIES :
Reviews and performs order data entry in order to process software
Coordinates with Production Planner to get all orders confirmed with reasonable production lead-time.
Confirms each order to customer on a timely basis
Feedbacks response to customer on a timely basis
Prepares shipment notification for all shipments to customer after the shipments get shipped
Performs product data entry (Fac. no., Part no., Drawing no., Customer names, etc. into existing software
Handles and prepare shipping paper for FA & PPAP shipment
Issues purchase request to Purchase Dept. for parts produced by suppliers
Administratively keeps and controls all document required according to current quality system
Provides fundamental support, implement and maintain all procedures related to the planning function to comply with current quality system
Distributes FA or PPAP approval to related departments
Represents customer needs for call off process
Maintains companys policy and objectives as well as quality system
Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in any field
Female or male age 25-35 years
At least 2 years experience in customer service ( In automotive industry would be an advantage )
Energetic and self-motivated, target focused, with good interpersonal, organization and communication skills.
Customer oriented and service minded to initiate new relationships.
Able to work under strong pressure
Good command of written and spoken English; Chinese language skill is an advantage
Computer literate
Good Knowledge of ISO / TS16949
