Position : Training Manager reporting to General Manager / HR manager


    Location: Hawasa, Ethiopia


    Age : 30 to 40 years


    Remuneration : USD. 1500 per month + shared accommodation

    Qualification & experience :

    - Graduate with minimum of 7 years experience in garment industry will be preferred

    - Experienced in imparting skill training to raw hands and make them skilled operators within short span of time.

    - Good communication and presentation skills

    - Familiar with conducting soft skill training for workers and supervisory staff.

    - Strong systems, process and best practices experience. Familiar with modern management concepts like 5S, Kaizen and other improved work methods

    - Exposure to Industrial Engineering will be an added advantage

    - To be a good motivator and an inspiring personality

    Key deliverables: 

    - Run the training department with training schedules and programs

    - Develop multi- skill development program and maintain minimum 30% multi-skilled operators in the plant

    - Work closely with Plant Managers and ensure all employees are provided with adequate training and skills
