Our client, a reputed major overseas EPC Contracting Company based in Dubai, UAE is looking for competent professional candidates for following position for their oil and gas project in Kuwait, Algeria, Saudi Arabia and Abu Dhabi. 

    Department: QA/QC

    1. Piping Inspectors

    Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering

    Technical Certifications (Mandatory): AWS-CWI / CSWIP 3.1, ASNT Level II in RT & PT 
    Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in Inspection of which 3 year in relevant EPC/Construction Process Plant Projects. Exposure to relevant Inspection / TEST AS PER Technical Specification & knowledge of acceptance limits. 

    2. Welding Inspectors

    Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
    Technical Certifications (Mandatory): AWS-CWI / CSWIP 3.1, ASNT Level II in RT & PT 
    Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in Inspection of which 3 year in relevant EPC/Construction Process Plant Projects. Exposure to relevant Inspection / TEST AS PER Technical Specification & knowledge of acceptance limits.

    3. Painting / Insulation Inspectors

    Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
    Technical Certifications (Mandatory): Inspector shall be qualified to NACE Level II Critical Coatings Certification, CSWIP Level I, or equivalent. 
    Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in Coating / Painting application / Inspection of which 3 years in relevant Pipeline / EPC / Construction Process Plants Projects. Inspector shall be demonstrate a thorough working knowledge and proven ability of all phases and types of critical coating applications and methods and recognized industry standards and knowledge of Painting / Coating / Insulation Systems. 

    4. QC Inspectors - Materials

    Qualification Degree in Mechanical Engineering 

    Technical Certifications (Mandatory): 

    A. ASNT Level II in (VT, MT, PT, RT & UT) relevant methods, when Non-destructive Testing (NDT) forms part of the work.
    B. Certified Radiographic Testing Film Interpretation (RTFI), when performing, ensuring or auditing radiographic films. 

    Exp. - Minimum 10 yrs. industrial experience, out of which at least 6 years inspection experience in a given inspection specialty.

    Specific Requirements:

    1. Must be knowledgeable of international codes, standards. 
    2. Shall be experienced in various fabrication methods and be qualified to perform specialized inspection and testing of construction materials, 
    3. Shall be capable to verify vendor compliance with MR, PO, and client requirements. 
    4. Shall be thorough of ASME Section II- Material requirements, PMI testing and heat treatment requirement/ process.
    5. Shall be able to prepare/ review ITPs and quality procedures, vendor deliverables and able to effectively and actively communicate with engineering team, various vendors/ suppliers/ subcontractors and client inspectors and TPIs.
    6. Shall be able to review process and engineering documents, participate meetings with vendors and client, arrange quality audits, control non-conformances and also coordinate for completion dossiers and final documentation from vendors and site construction team.

    Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in Inspection of which 3 year in relevant EPC/Construction Process Plant Projects. Exposure to relevant Inspection / TEST AS PER Technical Specification & knowledge of acceptance limits. 

    9. SCADA Inspectors / Telcom Inspectors / Instrument Inspectors

    10. Engineer - Test Pack


    Qualification Degree in Mechanical Engineering 

    Technical Certifications (Mandatory): ASNT Level II in RT, UT, MT & PT

    Exp.- Minimum 10 yrs. industrial experience, out of which at least 6 years inspection experience 
    in a given inspection specialty.

    Specific Requirement:
    1. Thorough knowledge of Drawings, NDT processes and Hydrotest/Pneumatic test procedures. 
    2. Experience in- 
    a. preparation of Hydro testing Test Loops
    b. Identifying test loops and colour marked-up in P & IDs, making as a master P & IDs- 
    c. preparation and compilation of test pack

    11. Civil Inspectors - Pipeline

    Qualification Degree in Mechanical Engineering 

    Technical Certifications (Mandatory): AWS-CWI / CSWIP 3.01, ASNT Level II in RT, VT, MT, PT, RTFI and UT

    Exp. - Minimum 10 yrs. industrial experience, out of which at least 6 years inspection experience in a given 
    inspection specialty, associated with Cross Country Pipeline Project

    Specific requirements: 

    1. Shall be capable to review, audit or ensure NDT programs and results
    2. Shall be able to Perform review, ensuring or auditing Radiographic Testing Film Interpretation, Welding Reports 
    3. Capable to prepare and maintain 'Pipe-Book'. 
    4. Shall be able to coordinate with civil, coating/insulation, CP, and NDT disciplines.
    5. Shall have a demonstrated background and thorough knowledge of codes such as ASME-B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, AWS-D1 .1, API 650, API 653, API-1104, ASME Section V & IX, etc. and be able to interpret and evaluate RT films.
    6. When performing, reviewing, ensuring or auditing Radiography Testing Film Interpretation (RTFI), the inspector shall be certified in RTFI.

    13. NDT Coordinators - Pipeline

    Qualification Degree in Mechanical Engineering with ASNT Level II RT, UT, MT & PT

    Exp. - Minimum 10 yrs. industrial experience, out of which at least 6 years inspection experience in a given inspection specialty, associated with Cross Country Pipeline Project

    Specific Requirements:
    Must have Pipeline experience 
    Shall have thorough knowledge of Drawings, NDT, welding and Heat treatment processes.

    Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering 
    Knowledge of relevant Codes and Standards for Industry. 
    Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in Inspection in structural works for EPC/Construction Projects in oil and gas sector, preferably in cross country pipeline projects. Exposure to relevant Inspection / test as per Technical Specification & knowledge of acceptance limits is required. 

    19. QC Inspector - Coating / Piping


    Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
    Technical Certifications (Mandatory): AWS-CWI / CSWIP 3.1, ASNT Level II in RT & PT 
    Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in Inspection of which 3 year in relevant EPC/Construction Process Plant Projects. Exposure to relevant Inspection / TEST AS PER Technical Specification & knowledge of acceptance limits. 

    20. Sr. QC Engineers - E & I
    21. Welding Engineer


    Qualification: Degree in Mechanical / Metallurgy Engineering 

    Technical Certifications (Mandatory): AWS-CWI / CSWIP 3.1, ASNT Level II in RT & PT, Lead Auditor (preferably registered with IRCA)

    Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in welding for cross country pipeline and EPC/Construction Projects in oil and gas sector. 

    22. QC Engineers - Electrical

    Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering 

    Experience: Minimum 10 years industrial experience, including at least 8 years field experience in Inspection, construction and pre-commissioning both plant and equipment. 

    Through knowledge of codes such as NEC / NFPA 70, or equivalent, demonstrates knowledge in erection, testing and commissioning of LV/HV Electric motors, power transformers, switch gears, GIS, E-SCADA, LV and HV cables splicing and related testing, AC & DC UPS, Isolations, IRP and marshalling panels, lighting systems, solar power systems and Cathodic protection systems.

    23. QC Engineers - Instruments / Control & Telecom

    Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Instrumentation or Electronics Engineering

    Technical Certifications (Mandatory): Should have the relevant Inspection certifications and Knowledge of relevant Codes and Standards for Industry. 

    Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in Inspection of which 3 year in relevant EPC/Construction Process Plant Projects. Exposure to relevant Inspection / TEST AS PER Technical Specification & knowledge of acceptance limits.
