    To be considered you must have: 

    A minimum experience of 3- 4 years within a leadership role as a deputy, head of section or supervisor.

    Minimum of 7 -10 years teaching experience which could be a combination covering the Primary, Middle, Senior and Senior Secondary sections.

    Familiarity with the curriculum vis--vis the post along with an understanding of the latest trends in educational thinking and pedagogy.

    Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate goals, empower collaboration, motivate staff and provide direction.

    You should have demonstrated a successful track record of student achievement and attainment.

    Preference will be given if you have CBSE / IGCSE curriculum experience along with a Post Graduate Degree in the mainstream teaching subject/faculty in addition to a Graduate Degree in Education from a recognized university (full-time, regular programs only).
