We are hiring Business Development/ Sales & Marketing Manager for US Staffing- Noida location

Job Designation : Business Development/ Sales & Marketing Manager 
Job Description :

Responsible for getting new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
Should work on Acquiring new Accounts and up selling into existing Accounts. 
Understand the Business Drivers of the target sectors and map Global Space solutions to enhance business 
Develop a sales strategy in the allocated sectors with a target prospect list 
Should achieve sales quotas
Generate requirements from new clients and existing clients through cold calling.
Understand the requirement & client's need and shortlist the suitable candidates based on technology skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of resources.
Manage the assigned sector by providing sales call reports, sector analysis and accurate data within the sales and marketing database, accurate forecasting and sector insight 
Participates with unit heads to establish strategic operating plans and objectives.
Negotiate the rates with the clients and candidates.
Make timely submissions and provide all the information to the client which is required for making an end client submission.
Follow up with the clients on the progress of the submittals made.
Orient the candidates for interviews.
Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
Drive the full recruitment life-cycle process to support client's hiring needs in a time sensitive and high volume environment.
Knowledge of Internet based recruitment tools & terms (i.e.: Job Diva, DICE, Monster, Corp-Corp, W2, 1099 etc.)
Initial Technical screening & identifying the fitment of the candidate against the requirement.
Maintain quality database of active and passive job seekers.

Desired Candidate Profile: 

Must have excellent communication skills.
Above all should be willing to learn & has an attitude of go-getter.
Self disciplined with a positive attitude. 
Should be well versed in IT concepts and technologies.
Be a trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future IT roadmap to drive assigned solutions .
Should be able to performs needs analyses and develop implementation plans for new business ventures or additions to current lines of business, including potential acquisitions and global expansion
He should focus on customer satisfaction, account growth and expansion of services provided, and sustaining customer loyalty for a group of key customers. 
Experience in Recruitment services / IT services & Consulting/Client Management is Must.
Should be able to Bring Tier 1 ,Tier 2 CLIENTS for perm or contractual hiring 

Experience: 7 - 12 Years of Experience
