    Key Functional Areas
    Overall Commercial Gross Margin responsibility as in-charge of Procurement, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain functions of the organization
    Procurement of Soybeans from local and regional market and Procurement of Crude Soya Oil and Palm Oil from regional markets
    Guide Sales team to achieve budgeted sales target on Soya Meal, Packed Oil, Bulk Oil and other products
    Part of Executive Committee (ExCo) to develop and implement the commercial and overall strategy for the organization
    Guide the supply chain function to ensure continuous supply of raw materials and optimize storage space 
    Budgeting and Forecasting exercise for the business and lead the new product development for the organization.
    Key Responsibilities
    Drive the achievement of budgeted sales through the sales and marketing teams.
    Drive the Marketing Activities with the Brand Manager and provide the targeted return on Marketing Investment.
    Procurement of Raw materials and relationship management with Key Suppliers
    Key Account Management and Relationship management with Key Customers
    Liaise with the various Government Departments and Industry Associations to influence policy decisions to support business and day to day activities
    Key Deliverables
    Budgeted Volume and Budgeted CM for the organization
    Ensuring organization is a trusted partner for Key Stakeholders
    Execution of strategy to deliver KPIs in terms of Market share in existing & new products
    Key Skills:
    Annual Business Planning & Budgeting based annual forecasts
    Sales & Operational planning on monthly/quarterly basis
    Hands on with trading of oils, Soymeal, Soybeans & other oilseeds including appreciation of international trading on CBOT/KLCE /international exchanges
    Ability to understand and interpret Regional S&D of oils & oilseeds
    Appropriate understanding and some experience of FMCG sales & Marketing activities

    Qualification: MBA with 8 years+ experience in MNCs in similar environment
