    Directly responsible for the production, food preparation and quality and food design of food & beverage services for SABIC Cafeteria.
    Prepare and cook a wide range of food items as per pre-set standards and as per international standard. to manage the cafeteria facilities and ensure all applicable maintenance are perfumed. Working as part of a kitchen team, prepare, cook and present food ready for service on a daily basis, ensuring consistency of presentation, production amounts and portion control as per standardized menus.

    Training and motivating permanent and casual staff, to improve the service as Quality and Hygiene, to ensure all aspects of production and presentation of service meets the high quality standards expected by customers.
    Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel and Restaurant Management.

    Min. 10 years relevant experience in Industrial or Hotel Catering.

    Supervision of 15-150 Staff.

    Knowledge of Nutrition and special Diets.
