Education-Bachelors degree in Business Administration with Sales/ Marketing Majors
Experience-5 to 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing specifically in the Rice Market
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales leadership role at an FMCG company
Proficiency in written and verbal Arabic and English language.

The Rice TRADE MARKETING MANAGER is responsible for sales of the all the Rice brands, managing relations with suppliers and customers and ensuring proper execution by the Front Line Sales Team. He is responsible for achieving the revenue growth targets and increasing the market share of all the Rice brands in their respective segments. Rice Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for writing the 3 year strategic plans and their pending annual operating plans and secure flawless execution in the market. He is as well responsible for leading the efforts in the suppliers selection and providing relevant guidance to supply chain teams for achieving stock availability in warehouses. This position is a critical link between General Management and Frnt Line Market execution. He / She is accountable for providing valuable Point of Sales (POS) inputs to Sales Team and guiding execution to effectively leverage floor space for driving sales and improving brand visibility. He / She is required to have tremendous analytical and great knowledge of finance measures.
Write the Strategy:
Prepare the trade marketing strategy and annual plan across the portfolio of brands in consultation with Supply Chain, Sales Heads and Finance Heads
Prepare and propose the budget for trade marketing initiatives along with the details of planned activities and their targeted impact on sales
Study and assess the competitors activities in trade promotions and marketing to anticipate their impact on sales
Optimize the cost of trade activities along with strengthening the brands and achieving maximum sales results
Increase in Market Share of brands within the scope of trade marketing
Achievement of sales targets by brands
Relationship and negotiating power externally with Suppliers and internally with key stake holders (Sales Supply Chain Finance)
Increase in Brand Equity of targeted brands
