Achieve month on month business targets by looking after distribution / channel sales for entire Nepal with base location as Kathmandu.
Look after appointment of new distribution & dealer network with a team of Sales Officers , TSI and distributor's team network.
Accelerate various sales methodologies to penetrate wide range of companies product primarily in semi urban and rural territories.
Additionally monitor marketing spends, commercial and general administration of the branch.
Prepare various complex MIS and present it to the Sr Management team.
