    Designing and delivering Client specific presentations.

    Identify and develop new clients with high volume/high quality sales calls Source candidates using web based tools, networking, databases and head hunting

    Drafting proposals, negotiations, account closures, expectation setting and agreements on commercial
    Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas 
    Implementing Recruitment policy, procedures in order to select right candidates, Client interaction for the feedback, Handling End-to-End Recruitment

    Liaisons between all impacted departments to ensure proper communications and reporting practices.

    Monitoring progress, tracking trends and implementing improvisation to increase effectiveness of the Recruiting Methods
    Organize coverage of and at times, attend company supported community, marketing, and recruiting events, trade shows, and public outreach programs.
    Promote involvement of the company as required through various media venues.
    Prepare, distribute, and ensure publication of press releases in all targeted geographic areas.
    Maintain marketing calendar and schedules required for participation at events, campaign and workshops
    Weekly updates on upcoming events and status of work in progress.
    Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations. 
    Build and support the sales strategy development and implementation.
    Establish and maintain current Client and potential Client relationships

    Maintaining proper follow-up with clients.

    Must be dynamic and aggressive with regards to achieving sales targets. 
    Education and/or Experience:
    BACHELOR DEGREE IN Mechanical or electrical or chemical Plus MBA would be an added advantage.
    Must be fluent in English language & Arabic Would be an added advantage
    Minimum of 10-15 years experience in Manpower Planning, marketing, Business development in Oil and Gas EPC and Construction projects

    Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Must possess strong organizational skills and have great attention to detail.
    Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
    Should have knowledge of MS Office (Ms Excel, Ms Access, Ms Power point).
