• Extensive Luxury Retail sales background with selling skills
• Ability to qualify customers, overcome objections and close a sale.
• Good presentation and communications skills – ability to speak Arabic is preferred
• Customer service orientation
• Well groomed 
• Enthusiastic & energetic with a positive attitude
• Team Orientation.
• Initiative and commitment to achieve
• UAE Driver’s License (preferred, not mandatory)
• Competent use of MS Office applications

Primary responsibilities
• Overall responsibility for the economic achievements of the store including selling and promoting branded goods and ensuring that sales targets are met.
• Ensure that all areas of POS are kept presentable and all display material is placed as per specifications at all times to facilitate a positive image of the boutique and brand.
• Development and implementation of innovative marketing and merchandising concepts as well as customer campaigns. 
• Be updated on knowledge of product ranges, models, pricing and discounts in order to be able to provide the right information to customers.
• Demonstrate products and show consumers how to maximize their features. 
• Handle customers with utmost attention and provide full information to provide a memorable customer experience, facilitate repeat purchases and brand recall. 
• Follow-up with potential and existing customers via telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and to sell products and services. 
• Operate cash registers at any sales event outside the showroom.
• Ensure pricing is correct. 
• Manage inventory; ensure availability of stock levels and do stock reconciliation.
• Follow all relevant standard operating procedures so that sales are done in a consistent manner.
• Provide suggestions for improving footfalls, increasing conversions and thereby generate sales in order to help the boutique meet overall sales target.
