To provide timely and accurate reporting to the senior management;
  • Managing Sales & increase customer base
  • Managing all operations of the branch
  • Building relations with Brokers/ Transistor, Vendors & Customers
  • Utilization of staff and resources to get the optimum benefits for the organization.
  • Update the market view time to time to the upper management.
  • Establish adequate controls, to minimize fraud risks within the organization
  • Establish market strategies to increase sales (IF required)
  • To ensure the achievements of aloted sales targets.
  • To increase customer base & market share.
  • Periodic follow up with customer for payments( Transfer & cheque) & Loading Plan.
  • To Liase with Government department & Free zone Authority.
  • To ensure policies and procedures are implemented as per Head office & Local Government.
  • Supervising accurate and timely reporting to Head Office.
  • Visiting customers in Djibouti and Ethiopia as per requirement
  • Follow up and communication with customer as instructed
  • Visit and advise new customer from market Djibouti  & Ethiopia.
  • Preparing  reports for management as required.
  • Identification of new area for Business.
  • Perform any other task assigned by company
  • Safeguarding  of company assets in Djibouti.
  • Timely stock re ordering as per market. 

The candidate has to be in good health and physical condition. Should be open for new and unexpected challenges on a daily basis, be self motivated and have a CAN DO attitude.

Candidate Profile:-
Qualification : Any Graduate + MBA Preferred
5+ years of experience in Sales - Food Commodity
2+ years Africa experience in Sales branch operations

Should be hardworking enough to manage all operations of country independently
Willing to work under tough working conditions and ready to work for field job
Good communication skills & computer literate
