This is a true "generalist" role that will require you to provide strategic and operational advice and guidance across a wide range of HR-related areas including; remuneration, employee engagement, performance management, and change management. You will be required to operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, providing solutions and services to the business while also delivering on key HR projects. 

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

* Development and delivery of functional HR services that align with business needs
* Support the development of HR strategies that align with business needs and focusing on continuous improvement in line with the company's retention and development plans
* Plan and lead key processes with the business that form part of the HR lifecycle such through employee onboarding through to off-boarding, remuneration and benefits, performance and talent management and reviews

To be successful in this role, you will possess the confidence and influencing skills to work closely with business managers, undertaking to coach and driving pragmatic HR solutions across the business. Your enthusiasm in addition to a professional and open style would work well in this business. Sound judgement, excellent relationship building skills, resilience and a strong, results oriented focus will be critical. 

You will also need to possess the following:

* Relevant HR tertiary qualification and/or significant previous experience in a Senior HR Advisory role
* Demonstrated success in delivering generalist HR support and advice at a senior-level
* Well-developed, mature interpersonal and verbal communication skills
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
* The ability to work cohesively in a team environment but the preparedness to appropriately challenge the status quo in seeking opportunities to bring about positive change
