Profile Overview:

Candidate is required to maintain good relationship with across functions. Need to engage with all functions and drive continuous improvement projects. 

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, Initiate, facilitate, lead and Mentor Continuous Improvement Projects / Initiatives based on DMAIC, LEAN, BPMS and other quality methodologies, for the aligned cluster organization
Coach / Mentor Improvement Project Teams on the tools, techniques and project management
Extend support to the project team on certification and ensure and project team is certified
Facilitate Six Sigma Workshops and drive Six Sigma culture in the organization
Roll Out and promote usage of Six sigma tools
Manages the innovation/idea generation platform
Identification of Automation opportunities within the process
