Material Planner

    Job Purpose:

    Purpose of this job role are as follows;
    Plan all material & services related requirements and support Planning Section and
    Maintenance Department.
    Support internal customers with material meeting the applicable specifications and standards.
    Prepare appropriate reports and analysis as required by the immediate Supervisor.
    Manage and control stock items (inventory), and in coordination with end-users and
    Global Procurement Services (GPS).
    Verify material availability in the stock including all critical spares.
    Analyze the need for new stock items and get the required approval from the
    Management.
    Prepare appropriate analysis reports as required by the Management.

    Requirements:

    Minimum Qualifications:
    BS Mechanical Engineering Degree with minimum 5 years experience or Industrial College Graduate (Diploma in Mechanical Engineering) with 8 to 10 years experience as Material Planner in industries where complexity of materials management exists.

    Minimum Experience:
    Shall have sound knowledge of materials international codes and standards and shall be able to interpret design / as-built drawings / documents.

    Job Specific Skills:
    Good Knowledge in EHSS.
    Excellent knowledge in material specifications and international codes &
    standards.
    SAP skills in MM module.
    Reporting & Analysis skills for improvements.
    Leadership skills.
    Shall be able to propose substitutes for non-available materials.

    Competencies:
    Team building and motivating other colleagues.
    Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills.
    Excellent knowledge in material specifications and international codes & standards.

    Maintenance Planner

    Job Purpose:

    Provide efficient and cost effective job plans, estimates, & schedules for all day-to-day maintenance activities pertaining to his area of responsibility.

    Requirements:

    Minimum Qualifications:
    Graduate BS Degree (3 yrs) / Technical diploma (7 yrs)

    Minimum Experience:
    Able to plan for all plant maintenance disciplines.
    Full knowledge of SAP PM Module.
    Aware of other maintenance related SAP modules.
    Planning and scheduling skills.
    Use of PC, MS-Office and applied scheduling software.
    Knowledge in materials and services code numbers and experience in using material software.
    Petrochemical plant background.
    Familiar with latest techniques and tools applied in maintenance planning and scheduling.
    Able to read engineering drawings.

    Turnaround Planner (Mechanical)

    Job Purpose:

    Efficiently plan resources (manpower, materials, equipment) for plant turnaround (TA) activities using software tools such as SAP, Primavera etc. and contribute to optimize budget and turnaround duration within the allowable limits.

    Requirements:

    Minimum Qualifications:
    BS Mechanical Engineering Degree with minimum 5 years experience or Industrial College Graduate (Diploma in Mechanical Engineering) with 8 to 10 years experience as Turnaround Planner in industries where complexity of turnaround management exists.

    Minimum Experience:
    Shall have sound knowledge of turnaround planning. Shall have minimum 2 years of
    Turnaround planning experience in the petrochemical or oil industry

    Job Specific Skills:
    Proficient in planning & scheduling skills.
    Knowledge in SAP (PM & MM Modules) & hands on experience.
    Proficient in planning tools such as Primavera, MS Project etc.
    Knowledge in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
    Knowledge in materials, contract management and familiar with latest methodology
    Proficient in reading engineering drawings & review of technical documents
