    Educational Qualification MBA(HR) / MSW / PGDHR Experience 5-8 years of experience in Quality function with atleast 3 years in Training & Development

    Role Purpose 
    Responsible for effective execution of the actions planned for all HR processes related to development, including learning management, career development, knowledge management, leadership development programs & Technical Training 

    Authorised to effectively implement planned actions & thereby evaluate the effectiveness under the defined process planned. 

    Key Responsibilities 
    Execute the actions planned based on the needs of the organisation to implement learning and development plans that will result in accomplishment of overall organizational competencies 
    Collate diagnostic data of the learning needs and skill gaps of employees from time to time including the inputs from Performance Management Cycle 
    Effectively execute the learning calenders for all cadres and departments 
    Co-ordinate effectively with the identified relevant internal/ external agencies to impart training 
    Facilitate the leadership development process 
    Regularly track and review talent development effectiveness and efficiency from time to time. Act on training quality feedback and monitor training effectiveness 
    Co-ordinate with training service providers to ensure that training programs are delivered in a timely and efficient manner 
    Facilitate to address all talent development related queries and concerns for employees 
    Develop self capabilities and interpersonal skills for healthy team work 
    Ensure that training and development infrastructure is well maintained, seek sanction for new/ improved infrastructure as and when required 
    Maintain training records with all required details for HR MIS montly cycle 
    Work as a Project Lead to build the working model and manage the delivery of technical and behavioral learning (classroom, virtual, e-learning, self-directed and blended learning programs) 
    Imparted Training Related to cGMP, monitored functional department training & compliance related activities and Ensuring compliance at various level of Quality systems . 
    Responsible for HR Operations role: Managing issuance of Offer Letters, Appointment Letters etc

    Ensure that development needs of employees 
    and the organisation are met Training man days per employee 
    Total percentage of employees trained (Budget versus actual) 
    Average cost of training per employee 
    Number of training programs conducted
    Percentage of employees who have coaches 
    Ensure that HR information is up to date Percentage compliance of talent development MIS completion timelines 
    Total number of talent development policies that are communicated to the organisation and implemented as of date 

    Technical Skills and Knowledge 
    Knowledge and understanding of latest talent development practices and trends 
    Learning Effectiveness and efficieny models (Eg- Kirkpatrick model) 
    Knowledge and skill in designing and delivering development programs- such as classroom training, on the job learning, coaching, mentoring, on line learning etc 
    Knowledge of companys strategy, structure and practices 
    Proven ability to build, sustain, and influence relationships, at all levels of an organization 
    Strong project management skills 
    Ability to interpret policy and procedure 
    Strong conceptual, planning, and decision-making skills 
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to invoke change
