Salary Range: 18000 AED to 24000 Per Month (Mobile Plus Car Expenses will be additional)

Job Profile:- Core knowledge in Cleanrooms & Healthcare and bringing in business opportunities upfront from the target market, it is obvious that the person should be an active BD guy in the target sector in UAE. To build market position for the company and its products/services, by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and building for the Cleanroom Sector in Healthcare and Cleanrooms in the Non-pharma sector in Regions - targeting Govt. & non-govt. organisations - UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain. Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking competition and their accomplishments.
* Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities. Relationship building with clients and Consultants.
* Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
* Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new supplier partners with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
* Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
* Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional forums. Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
