- Performing quantitative and qualitative research for clients.

- Acquiring the grievance, quires requirements of the client analyzing rendering the desire service to the client.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports of the clients handled
- Will be responsible to behave like a problem solver who will analyzes the escalation
- Candidate must have minimum 1 - 2 year of experience as a customer service with fluent English
- Candidate should posses a four wheeler driving licence
