    Position: Customer Relationship Executive 

    Job Description:
    • Independently building strong client relationship and loyalty for the company
    • Quickly researching and investigating issue that concern a client and providing a prompt response.
    • Handling multiple client and escalations at the same time.
    • Executive specific market research assignments for tracking market trends for all major clients.
    • Analyzing latest marketing and trends and tracking competitors' activities and providing valuable inputs for market strategies to the sales and market teams 
    • Provide the sales team with crucial information of the client that will help develop business goals and generate more business for the company.

    • Preparing and presenting research reports included trends, industry information; interpreting the result of research studies and provide recommendation.
    • Performing quantitative and qualitative research for clients.
    • After the deal is signed. quality service is rendered without any setbacks.
    • Acquiring the grievance, quires requirements of the client analyzing rendering the desire service to the client.
    • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports of the clients handled  
    • Will be responsible to behave like a problem solver who will analyzes the escalation

    Candidate Description:
    • Candidate must have minimum 1 - 2 year of experience as a customer service with fluent English
    • Candidate should posses a four wheeler driving licence
    Salary: 2500 SR
