We are looking for an HR Manager with 10-15 years of experience from Manufacturing , Retail or FMCG background who has managed a workforce of AT LEAST 3000 workers.
The candidate should be EXCELLENT in HR Operations with very strong experience in compliance, payroll, incentives, leave management etc.
Candidates should also have excellent communication skills and experience in drafting and communicating policies and HR process to a large and diverse workforce.
1. Must have handled scale of operations 3000+ people
2. Excellent in HR operations- Payroll, incentives, leave management, local compliance etc
3. Strong in communication- Drafting policies, process etc
- Annual leave of 30 days. Annual return ticket to home country for self, spouse and 2 kids. Medical insurance card to cover domiciliary medical expenses (self, spouse, 2 kids). Relocation allowance. Annual performance bonus 0.5-3 times monthly salary
