Exciting OD Manager Role with a diverse Retail company! If you are a OD expert, with working experience in Large Retail and Complex organisations, and have hands-on experience in Leadership Development, we will be keen to speak to you!

Our client is a leading player in the Middle East's FMCG scene and they are looking for an OD Manager who will be responsible for planning, developing, integrating, implementing and administering HR programs for company employees.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

* Work closely with the Head OD on engagements like Career Path Framework, Functional Learning Academies, Succession Management, Building Team Effectiveness, Leadership Assessment and Development.
* Work individually as well as in teams in the organization analysis, design, development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies
* Collect, analyse and present data to describe performance of various OD interventions, identify areas for change and recommend action plans.
* Coaching and participating in career counselling and feedback sessions.

Requirements:

* At least 8+ total experience specialising in Organisation Development
* 3-4 year in a Complex Corporate environment of a large group of companies
* Experience in the UAE/ Middle East is preferred.
* Proactive in planning, communication and delivery of work.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail and follow up.
