Our client is in existence since 40yrs. They are leading chain of supermarkets in East Africa. They own 13 Branches of supermarket. The stores they posses are in size range of 10,000 to 40,000 Sq. Feet.
- The position would be responsible for:
Drive Sales through assigned Retail shop to achieve budgeted
Complete shop operational requirements by scheduling and assigning duties to employees
Maintains shop staff by orienting, and training staff. Maintain Shop staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising.
Identify current and future customer requirements & build rapport with potential customers.
Ensure availability of merchandise maintain inventories.
Timely floor price update; sales promotion; clearance sales and monitoring trends.
Work on display plans.
Ensures smooth admin & hygiene of shop/staff
