- Providing leadership to Sales Supervisors and Sales Executives, and be responsible for the sales and distribution team.
Drive the performance against the key measurement criteria of volume, value, promo-excellence, distribution and sales fundamentals, according to agreed business strategies.
Provide annual and monthly in-market sales estimates at channel level and per sales area
Use customer insights and market trends to anticipate market growth opportunities and to determine the portfolio, channels and segments to operate in.
Deliver volume and value turnover target by segment and trade channel
Monitor progress vs. targets across areas and channels
Weekly review with the sales team.
- Experience: Minimum 8 Years - FMCG experience in GCC (3 Years as Assistant /Sales Manager)
NOC Must for existing Oman expat Candidature .
- Qualifications Graduation and MS Office Skills (Excel Must )
