     : MS Office,Excel (knowledge of Pivot tables, Functionalities would be advantageous

    Required Industry Experience 3-5 years relevant experience, corrugated industry experience preferred
    Oman / UAE Driving License added Advantage.

    Job Description / Responsibilities
    1) Sales Officer : 

    All sales related activities viz. Target sales achievement, customer relations and correspondence, Costing and pricing analysis, quote preparation against enquiries, sales order preparation, collection follow up, production planning, delivery scheduling, Inter-department coordination, MIS Report preparation etc.


    2) Purchase Officer :

    L
    ocal and Import Purchase, To send enquiries & get quotes, price comparison, cost reduction, order placement, timely delivery follow up, Import procedure, customs clearance, port delivery scheduling, reorder level and indenting, consignment notes, supplier correspondence, Inter-department coordination, MIS Report preparation etc.


    3) Stores Officer :

    Material receipt, Goods safety and arrangement, GRV, Stock and costing, Material issue, proper documentation, Reorder level and indenting, Slow Moving analysis, Finish Goods delivery arrangement, delivery scheduling, Inter-department coordination, MIS Report preparation etc.


    Desired profile of the candidate   :A dynamic Person, able to do multitask, well versed with MS Excel, able to coordinate multiple departments and handle customers would suit the requirement.
