Faith Imports is a group of companies dealing in retail and wholesale of food and beverages in Seychelles, serving local shops, supermarkets, hotels and restaurants all over the country
    Key areas of responsibilities

    Manage payroll
    Own and manage book entries.
    Manage petty cash/inventory/inflow and outflow of goods.
    Purchase of goods entry
    Manage statutory records.
    Manage VAT and other taxes.
    Work with auditors during audit period.
    Prepare reports, cash flow statements, bank reconciliations, balance sheet, P&L statements etc
    Word ,Excel, Advance Excel and PowerPoint.
    Tally Make all voucher entries Sale/purchase/purchase expense, payment/receipt, debit/credit note.
    Expenses to check and pass purchase expense bills and vouchers.
    Handling Cash, Bank, Bank Reconciliation

    Desired skill sets
    Minimum 2 years working experience {a plus if in any Retail company}
    Excellent knowledge of advanced excel, knowledge in QuickBooks or Tally.
    Good communication in English is a must.
    Quick learning ability and hard working
    Experience in liaising with auditors for yearly accounts, managing assets, managing purchase orders and inventory management
    Self motivating individual who works to contribute to new ideas and way of working which will benefit the company
