Retail Operations Manager - Fashion

To handle retail store operations, Commercial management, Merchandising & Visual Display, Inventory Management
Responsible for the activities of multiple stores, achieve quantitative measures of performance within stores 
Set store sales target to maximize the sales and profitability 
Ensure scheduled staff meetings are conducted on a regular basis 
Implement and execute the Visual Merchandising guidelines are followed at all the stores at all times 
Regular monitoring of the inventory movement

Candidate should have experience in handling multi store operations in UAE and multi support function experience

Chief Accountant

Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.

Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.

Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.

Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review.

Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.

Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management.

Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion.

Provide guidance to other Accountants when needed.

Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.

Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.

Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.

Passing journal entries including bank and inter company on daily basis.
Booking of various invoices such as supplier and project invoices after validation of work completion.
