    Manage Existing Customers:
    1) Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies
    2) Conducting project reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
    3) Manage Onsite Support Team and deliverables from offshore team to ensure all SLAs are being met as per customer expectations
    4) Coordinate with offshore team on various activities
    5) Effectively and effieicently handle any escalations to customer satisfaction
    6) Business Development (New Business) from existing customers

    Develop New Business
    1) Study the market and collect and share leads with the BD team in India
    2) Handle onsite activities for lead generation, lead qualification, proposal preparations and submissions.
