Reports to (Position): CSR Head 

    Key Deliverables- Principal Accountability
     
    • Planning of CSR interventions according to Groups CSR strategy in rural parts of Congo and adjoining areas
    • Developing implementation plan for various CSR activities with specific timeline
    • Supervising and guiding team of local professionals for CSR programs
    • Coordination with local Government authorities and community leaders
    • Fund management of planned activities, its budgetary planning, and provisions
    • Developing project-based planning and its proposal for approval from management
    • Project activity monitoring and evaluation 
    • Project MIS management
    • Developing project progress reports and sharing with the CSR head
    • Responsible for cost-effective program planning and its successful implementation
    • Developing program partnership with local NGOs and other likeminded resource agencies 
    • Efficiency Improvement at all levels /future new units & due reviews & follow-ups.
    • Efficiency monitoring, gap analysis & action plan.
    • Developing Control System for effective project management.
    • Responsible for measurable outcomes of projects 
    • Training and capacity building of local staff and community leaders

  • Critical Knowledge & Skills required for the position: 
    • Knowledge of rural development projects, particularly Tribal areas
    • Understanding of rural community needs, their internal dynamics and skilled to manage community
    • Basic knowledge of social programs, CSR concepts, and community-based interventions.
    • Skilled in team management and its capacity building as per program requirements
    • Should having Basic Technical knowledge of budgets, fund management & audits
    • Skill of computer handling
    • Skilled in project concept development and project proposal preparation

  • Qualifications/ Experience/ Age 
    • MSW/PG Sociology/MBA Rural Management & with minimum 5 years of experience in social sector. Mainly community development programs in tribal areas
    • Fluency in English speaking is must, French-speaking candidates will be preferred (However those speak English fluently and willing to learn French will be considered as well)
    • Must be computer literate, should able to use MS-Office, internet, and Skype
    • Ready to travel in remote areas

    • Suggested CTC P A: Based on the candidate competencies.
    • Age: 30-40 Years
