Manage Existing Customers:
    1) Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies
    2) Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
    Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an
    ongoing basis.
    3) Conducting project reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
    4) Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
    5) Effectively and efficiently handle any escalations to customer satisfaction
    Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
    6) Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
    7) Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
    8) Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
    9) Manage Onsite Support Team and deliverables from offshore team to ensure all SLAs are being met as per customer expectations
    10) Coordinate with offshore team on various activities
    11) Engaging in project management duties
    12) Business Development (New Business) from existing customers

    Develop New Business

    1) Study the market and collect and share leads with the BD team in India
    2) Handle onsite activities for lead generation, lead qualification, proposal preparations and submissions.
    Proven experience in Account Management and Project Management
    Experience handling international clients preferably African Clients
    * Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
    Experienced in managing applications developed on web technologies prefebaly .Net
    Excellent Communication (Verbal, Written) Skills with ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
    Excellent Inter-Personal Skills
    Excellent Negotaion Skills
    Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
    Ability to work independently and with team and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
    Present oneself as the brand ambassor of the company
