    Job Description:
    • Reception: Email & Telephone transferring
    • Organize office activities and administrative operations
    • Ensure efficiency and smooth running of the office.
    • Manage customer correspondence Calls, mails, etc..
    • Create and update all records on our database.
    • Processing orders and monitoring the sales.
    • Walk in Customer: Sale, Uniform (Small Clients), Sample Control, cash Control
    • Coordinating with the clients regarding orders, specifications and deliveries.
    • Manage to make quotations, follows ups and other related tasks.
    • Assist the sales Executive in Quotation preparation and submission.
    • Quotation preparation and submission (direct)
    • Quotation follow up and monitoring
    • Delivery monitoring and coordination.
    • Preparation of report for the Sales Executive
    • Sales enquiry thru telephone (Marketing Calls)
    • Enrollment of new client thru telephone
    • Others that may assigned to from time to time

    Knowledge, Skills & Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
    • At least two years of experience in a office administration cum sales coordination role
    • A proven track record of strong client relationships
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
    • Exceptional Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
    • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
    • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
    • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
