    Open Positions :

    1) Payroll Executive
    Perform daily payroll department operations
    Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
    Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
    Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors
    Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.
    Process accurate and timely year-end reporting when
    Process manual check and transfer details
    Load import files received from HR (All sites)

    Qualifications:
    Graduate with 4-6 years experience processing multi-location payroll.
    Working knowledge of payroll best practices.
    Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel .
    Working knowledge of HRMS & Payroll systems
    Strong work ethic and team player.
    High degree of professionalism.
    Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
    Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills.
    Ability to communicate with various levels of management and Sites
    Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

    2) Payroll Supervisor

    Basic Functions & Scope
    In charge of Group employees for:
    Employee New Engagement 
    Attendance Management
    Accommodation & Transport for Bahrain based Expats
    Single Point of Contact for:
    Payroll Processing & Salary Increment
    Coordinating for the billing of Subcontracting of employees between Divisions
    Managing Office Stationaries for Head Office Employees
    Arranging Safety Equipment for Divisions
    Employee Relations

    Work Performed
    Ensuring smooth flow of employee joining formalities through coordination with personnel department and approving authorities.
    Responsible for managing transport and accommodation for employees through coordination with Camp Boss and light vehicle drivers.
    Responsible for daily attendance management .Verifying Absenteeism, Sick leave, accident Leaves etc.
    Responsible for timely salary disbursement through coordinating with Divisions, Accounts Payroll section and approving authorities for verification of timecards.
    Responsible for allocation of Uniforms and Safety Equipments for employees through coordination with divisions, Purchase department and approving authorities.
    Responsible for managing stationaries for Head Office employees.
    Overall employee relationship management.

    Min. 5 -8 Years of Site Administration Experience 
    (At least 3 years in Gulf Countries)
    Min. 3 Years of Office Administration Experience 
    (At least 2 years in Gulf Countries)
    Min. 3 Years of Payroll and Compensation Gulf Country Experience
    Min. 1 Years of Leave & Final Settlement Gulf Country Experience
