  • Preparation of monthly cost report and tracking of Loss/Profit.
  • Calculation and presentation of POC to higher management.
  • Preparation of Commercial and Delay Analysis.
  • Preparation of bill of quantities 
  • Tracking and monitoring of Project Schedule.
  • Preparation of Cost plan and productivity control for self performance activities.
  • Preparation of rate analysis for variation orders.

  • Should have good knowledge of Project Management, Estimation and Costing, Quantity Surveying
  • Well versed with MS Office 2010- MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point.
  • should also have experience in PMMS (Purchase and Material Management System)
