JOB OBJECTIVE

    Identifying & recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels
    Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, company cultural fit & compatibility
    Conducting interviews and checking references
    Selecting the best candidate in assigned salary structure by the company by effective negotiation with the candidate

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Compose job descriptions, scout and document candidates accordingly
    Surfing CVs, shortlist them and maintain the database accordingly
    Coordinate with the candidates and fix the interviews according to the availability of higher management
    To prepare tracker for pre-screened and interviewed potential candidates in order to qualify the best quality candidate
    Set up and maintain files, records & databases
    Report the results and shortlists to the hiring manager
    Collaborate & consult with Senior management on hiring discussion daily
    To prepare an offer letter and send to the finalist asking his resignation letter copy along with the signed offer letter

    AD-HOC ACTIVITIES
    Assist in Ad-hoc activities
    Maintaining records - as required by the Director

    PERFORMANCE MEASURES
    To make sure that employee being hired matched the requirements of the company
    To prepare strategies to attract maximum applications & save time
    To prepare and estimate the budget required for managing recruiting process
