Designation: Sales Coordinator

Purpose of Job
To provide a high level of sales and operations support by ensuring all queries are
responded to in an efficient, professional and timely manner.
Handling customer accounts for all IT projects and perform the full range of Sales
Responsible for full range of procurement and negotiation activities of IT products
and services for the successful completion of all projects
Managing the preparation of Sale Orders (SO) Purchase Service Requisition (PSR),
sending Requisition for Quotations (RFQ), Price Comparison Analysis (PCA),
Purchase Orders (PO), Proposals, Delivery and Invoice documents as per
Liaising between customers, suppliers and relevant internal departments
Administer the purchase planning, supplier research and selection, price negotiation,quality, quantity and monitoring the movement of supplies
Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with all work
Handling all the Annual Maintenance contracts and product renewals
Responsible for inventory management and stock report generation
Candidate must have at least 1-2 years of work experience in sales coordination.
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent knowledge of English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address
Good with numbers
Able to provide quality leadership to salespeople
Strong communication and IT fluency
Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent time management and organization
Willing and able to work unsocial hours on occasions to complete tasks
