Technical Services Manager - Packaging film for Indian MNC in Thailand
- Standardization of customer requirements and compliance
- Education and development of people who control/assure quality
- Constant communication to people each time we have some complaints from within or from customer with regard to overall quality of product and services
- Help assist people who make the product with right quality of analysis so that the problem can be attended before this become a big problem
- Samples management (end to end)
- Institute appropriate quality assurance system so that the repeatability with regard to product and packing quality can be attained.
- Vendor development of packing materials and consumables in association with purchasing I/C.
- Providing Technical Services to Customers proactively
- New product development of packaging film
- The candidate will be accountable for developing systems and processes for assurance of quality, interact with customers for providing solution, education of internal production and sales team.
