    Qualification & Experience: 
    • Post Graduate in Management.
    • 5-6 years experience of Training Experience (Business trainings preferably) in Educational Sector or Training Institutes.
    • Strong Personality with excellent communication written and verbal skills 
    • Knowledgeable in Research, Content Building, Training Delivers, Market Research and Competitors Analysis 
    • Result Driven 

  • Abilities & Skills : 
    • Ability to perform Training Needs Analysis and plan, build, implement and evaluate the training programs.
    • Ability to communicate with Corporates and understand their requirements and suggest training programs. Ability to communicate effectively in writing and to prepare written and electronic documents and communicate properly to all stake holders, both in Arabic & English.
    • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and should have full knowledge of UAE federal Government.
    • Ability to work in teams, co-ordinate and deliver the required results based on a service orientation.
    • Strong skills in budget management, planning, and strategic thinking
