    Job Summary 
    1. To manage a number of Customer Service Team(s), in order to safeguard on a day-to-day basis the provision of a consistently high quality commercial distribution channel between the customer and the Organization by distributing international freight forwarding products and services of FSL in order to work for the success of our customer

    2. To ensure the provision of general and support services on a local level, in line with the functional requirements of the FSL organization at competitive cost levels

    1. meeting quality standards as agreed 
    2. realization of agreed KPIs, / Kras 
    3. realization of agreed commercial sales targets
    4. employee development training, coaching
    5. perceived customer and employee satisfaction
    6. quality of management information
    7. quality of data and data entry

    Critical Success Factors: 

    1. Organization and Personnel 

    1. Establish/maintain effective and efficient commercial distribution and general/support services/processes & procedures. 
    2. Select, hire, train, develop and coach customer service staff, in line with applicable job requirements in concert with HR & Regional Managers when applicable.

    2. Service plan and sales targets 

    1. Prepare KPIs and targets for executing action plans for customer retention.

    3. Information Distribution 

    1. Manage efficient and effective information distribution facilities providing high quality information, communication and coordination in a proactive manner between the customer and the FSL Organization visa versa, in order to service and maintain business relationships
    2. Ensure adequate interfaces and working procedures with internal customers (Sales/ Operations/ Accounts/ Documentation)
    3. Ensure availability of up to date customer databases
    4. Ensure pro active collection and communication of relevant market related information on behalf of the Business in order to be able to anticipate market developments.

    4. Order processing & deep selling 

    1. Ensure all orders/shipments for defined products are booked as per agreed procedures and guidelines 
    2. Pro-active call on all existing/potential customers to generate additional/new business

    5. Commercial Sales 

    1. Responsible for proactive offering and selling of FSL products by telephone and/or visits to a specified customer or group in accordance with guidelines and procedures of the Business in order to realize agreed targets
    2. Ensure sharp negotiation in order to attract additional ad-hoc and/or regular traffic to sell all freight forwarding products where applicable and necessary.
    3. Ensure coordination and communication of all sales related information/issues with the responsible Sales Managers.

    6. Relationship Management 

    1. Ensure excellent relationships are maintained both internal & external customer in order to safeguard optimal contribution to the commercial results & bottomline.

    7. Claim and complaint handling 

    1. Ensure complaint and claim handling according agreed service levels
    Education and/or Experience:
    1. Bachelors Degree in Business 
    2. Certifications or Diploma in Customer Service is an advantage
    3. Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience in Air or Sea products

    Language Skills:

    1. Ability to communicate fluently in English. Knowledge of Arabic and Hindi is an advantage.
    2. Ability to create routine reports and communicate clearly and informatively.
