Salary: Basic 1500 US Dollars per month + Accommodation + Other Benefits

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Profile: (Experience in FMCG Industry)
Person should be energetic, hardworking and dedicated
Ensure all materials & supplies from the depot are sent for distribution in given time frame, ensure the stock balance is properly stored and inventory is managed accordingly
Oversee efficient receipt, storage, value adding servicing and dispatch of wide ranging goods from cosmetics, herbal products, hygiene products, sanitary & personal products, school note books, blankets & hosiery, rice grains, oil, sugar, dry fruits, etc.
Ensure all store, customer & contract employees/laborers needs receive appropriate care and concern.
Ensure scheduling & ordering is done from time to time, from the market intelligence and customer requests.
Regular customer interactions, interactions with customs, port & government officials.
Comply with state/central government materials handling, shipping, port & customs existing and new legislations.
Safeguard depot operations & contents by establishing & monitoring security procedures & protocol.
Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts & reconciling with data storage system
Maintenance & repair of the depot/warehouse, from time to time.
Recruitment & staffing for expansion.
Sending regular reports on stocks, customers to head office. Maintaining proper inventory of all goods, sales and procurements.
Establish Sales objectives by forecasting & developing annual sales quotas for regions & territories
Projecting sales volume & profits from existing & new products.
Implementing country specific sales program by developing filed sales action plan.
Achieving growth & hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team.
Designing & implementing a strategic sales plan that expand companys customer base & ensure its strong presence.
Meeting sales targets by effective planning & budgeting.
Develop & implement new sales initiatives, strategies & programs to capture key demographics.
Sales Planning & staffing
Present sales revenue & expenses reports & realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identifying new markets & market shifts while being fully aware of new products & competition status.
