We are in the midst of opening a high end South Asian Fusion Restaurant offering the finest cuisines from the Southern and Northern part of India/Pakistan. 
The restaurant is located at The Sphere, Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. It is the hottest F&B area surrounded by many hotels and office buildings.

3+ years expereince

    We are urgently looking for the following Staff.

    1. Executive Chef
    2. Head Chef
    3. Sous Chef
    4. Chef- De - Cuisine
    5. Commis 1,2,3

    Must be experienced in cooking North Indian Cuisine (Curry & Tandoor)/South Indian Cuisine.

    • Prepare and cook North Indian/South Indian food in accordance with menus ensuring a high level of quality and presentation is achieved at all times according to agreed standards
    • Ensures consistency in taste and presentation of all food items.
    • The Chef de Partie is responsible to assist in the kitchen, contributing to the overall success of the restaurant, in accordance with the restaurant standards and financial goals
    • Exhibits culinary talents by personally performing tasks while assisting in leading staff and managing all food related functions.
    • Ensures that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout all kitchen areas at all times.
    • Manages the kitchen and ensures compliance with all standards of best practices
    • Carry out other reasonable tasks as directed by management Other Requirements
