We are hiring for Sales Manager in KSA region (KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA)


1. He should have minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in KSA Region. 
2. Should be in Managerial position at least 2 to 3 years. 
3. He should have handled all KSA region, not any particular only. 
4. Should have handled minimum team size of 20 people +
5. Should have good experience in Modern Trade accounts and good geographical knowledge of KSA.
6. Should have relationship with all Key buyers of Modern trade. 
7. Nationality India preferred. (Malayalam Speaking Preferred ) 
8. Driving License KSA

Overall responsible for distribution sales and marketing operations including Sales, Margins, investments against the Annual Budget.

Detailed Duties & Responsibilities:

To handle the Key Accounts within the territory (RIYADH, JEDDAH, AL KHOBAR, DAMAM AND OTHER REGIONS OF KSA). Leading the sales team, to motivate them to achieve positively the required sales objectives within agreed profit margins. 
Negotiate with Key Accounts & power retailers on Shelf rents, Discounts, Pricing Structures & annual rebates to increase the volume of sales and achieve higher profitability.
Preparing annual business plan, sales budget and sales target for agreed portfolio of product brands, and monitor performance against the same initiating remedial actions where deemed necessary in consultation with the Senior Management.
Develop ageing report to manage stocks effectively by selling before goods become obsolete or expired, Organize in store promotional sales activities (events, new product launches) and manage the same to ensure maximum efficiency is achieved.

Analyze market, clients & competition in the Key accounts as well as volume segment of business and develop appropriate approaches to cater challenges of short-lived product cycle to ensure correct ordering and speedier depletion of stock.
Ensure credit worthiness of clients and advise appropriate credit limit based on market feedback & historical sales & collection data/ record. Follow through on collections, wherever case escalated or necessitated. 
Analyze customer feedback and market intelligence from Promoters in order to feel the pulse of the market trends, stay ahead of competition and meet customers needs.
Responsible for new product launching activities, prepare presentations, planning, organizing & distribution of new launch products within in the territory of Key Accounts & major Retail chains
Prospect new customers / markets / products and suggest the same to Management for their consideration and further action so as to develop business and /or territories.
Prepare and submit various reports periodically and attend meetings to discuss the sales performance of each brand, stock position, market trends and assist the Sales Team in preparing the annual sales budget.
Visit Key retail outlets, verify the stocks of the given brands of perfumes within the portfolio to monitor the sales team performance.

Salary - SR 12000 TO 15000/- (including Car & Petrol )
