Frobel Academy is an English medium educational institution that provides education to boys and girls from Class 1 to Class 3 with ambition to grow the school till A levels.
    a) Assist Directors to develop the school policies and procedures.
    b) To ensure academic curriculum and policies are implemented. 
    c) To monitor teachers performance on a weekly basis through established classroom monitoring system.
    d) Managing the admission process as per school policy. 
    e) Assist Directors in recruitment and selection process of the academicians and administrative staffs.
    f) Conduct teachers and management staff Performance Appraisal process.
    g) Conduct meetings with parents and ensuring that parents remain satisfied with regular progress report. 
    h) Arrange communication meeting to mitigate the needs and expectation of team. 
    i) Prepare and monitor the inventory requisition of all equipments and supplies to run the school operation smoothly. 
    j) Timely up to date all financial budget, legal, and administrative records. 
    k) Maintain registers for all school resources and classroom aids. 
    l) Reviewing accounts on a monthly basis and update to the Directors.
    m) Coordinate with Board of Education or other Government, Regulatory Bodies as and when required.
    n) Develop reportees by providing them appropriate training and coaching opportunities
    o) Manage attendance and leave of reportees
    p) Manage counselling and grievances of reportees
    IB background preferred, 5-7 years in an educational institute in the academic team

    Applicant must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
