African Jewels is a boutique Jewellery shop, situated at Mahe , Seychelles Main products are Diamond , Silver, Gold and other house hold decoration items
    We are looking for dynamic and multi skill person having adequate IT / Software knowledge and background. Candidates must have 5+ yrs of experience from Jewellery, Jams & Diamond background. 

    Jobs and Responsibilities:

    • Placing order as per the requirement for or products 
    • Provide input of item into software through Bar code systems implementation and POS software
    • Receive, distribute and maintain adequate quantities of stocks at all times
    • Maintain optimal stock levels
    • Inform the purchase department well in advance about the items that reach the re- order level to order from supplies
    • Review physical inventories periodically
    • Maintain stock and consumption records
    • Check incoming materials for quality, and quantity against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips or other documents
    • Make clear notes on the receipt of the items against each invoice
    • Keeps and updates records of good received and issued
    • Compiles report of expenditure, and monthly stock report
    • Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned
    • Responsible for maintenance of the store
    • Candidate must have 5+ yr of prior experience in handling store
    • Must have done Graduation in Information & Technology such as BSC / ( IT )
    • Should be familiar with Inventory Management Software such as Bar code systems and POS software 
    • Excellent numerical, communication, team working and interpersonal skills
    • Must be dynamic and multi skill person
