The Behavioral Change Management (BCM) Professional will play a key role in helping projects (change initiatives) meet business, schedule and budget objectives. This person will focus on the people side of change including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary focus will be creating and implementing change management plans that minimize stakeholder resistance and maximize stakeholder engagement. The BCM Coordinator will work to drive faster adoption, greater ultimate utilization and higher proficiency on the changes impacting stakeholders in the organization such that the projects expected business results are achieved. The following are some expected duties:
    • Provide support as a Behavioral Change Management (BCM) Consultant for multiple Projects, for the IT Project Management Office (PMO).
    • Develop and facilitate the development of deliverables:]
    • PDEP for Change deliverables for each phase of the identified project
    • Produce project communication plan/strategy, develop messaging, and use tools available (such as SharePoint)
    • Assist with stakeholder engagement planning and execution
    • Produce materials for and assist with training related to the identified projects
    • Related duties as assigned
