    Responsibilities are :

    Managing sales in assigned customers/markets-ASEAN (including South Korea), Japan, China, Australia & New Zealand 
    Identifying and developing new customers & distributors in the aforesaid territories
    Identifying new applications & product development opportunities to serve as feed for new product development
    Preparing Sales plans, MIS and other routine reports for the sales region assigned
    Coordination with SCM for production & dispatch plans
    Profiling of customers (Customer Size, Application, Product Requirements, People in the organization)
    Prepare forecast, develop appropriate strategy to attain Sales Target
    Analysis for Comparison of budget versus actual - Variance Analysis 
    Interpret & analyze industry data
    Preparation of Sales and Marketing MIS, analyze and propose improvement initiatives
    Assist SM Head in formulating SM policy for the assigned market
    New customer acquisition, its maintenance and growth
    Developing robust processes for managing business transaction with customers
    Scan the Industry related environment and suggest possible marketing initiatives for improved business performance.
    B Tech ( Mechanical / Chemical / Electronics / Instrumentation) with MBA (full time) in Marketing from a Premier Institute.
    * Exp of 4 years. (2 yrs post Engineering in manufacturing function + 2 yrs post MBA in Sales/Marketing).
    * Background in selling polymeric or industrial products shall be an added advantage.

    Ideal candidate should have :

    - Effective leadership qualities & networking skills. 
    - Has comfort and confidence to deal with mid and senior level management and technical staff. 
    - Should have ability to handle pressure and patience in dealing with Clients specially Senior Leaders of organizations.
    - Systematic & analytical in approach should have very good understanding of numbers
    - Strong in MS-Office specifically in MS-Excel
    - High EQ & IQ
    - Willingness to travel as job requires extensive travelling.
