    Assistant Procurement Manager / Assistant Purchase Manager
    • Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
    • Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
    • Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services
    • Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
    • Examine and test existing contracts
    • Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
    • Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients
    • Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies
    • Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
    • Delegate tasks and supervise the work of purchasing and procurement buyers across department
    • Manage every aspect of the supply chain and notify the senior management team of any possible obstacles to ideal efficiency
    • Institute policies and procedures for collecting and reporting key metrics that will reduce our overall expenses while increasing productivity
    • Perform cost analysis and set appropriate benchmarks
    • Create policies and procedures for risk management and mitigation
    • Lead procurement of capital equipment and services for major capital projects in the division
    • Ensure all supplier contracts are complete, properly executed and consider all cost variables. Research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production, and distribution capabilities, transportation cost, and supplier's reputation and performance history.

    • GCC experience is must
    • Facility management experience preferred
    • MBA is must
    • Knowledge of procurement, SCM, risk management, cost analysis, contracts & report making, data analysis
    • Excellent negotiation skills

    Landscape Engineer

      • Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
      • Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.
      • To review work orders new and pending (Prioritise and delegate)
      • Evaluates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques.
      • Checks Supervisors have allocated estimated time scales to each job and assigned it to technician(s)
      • Review work orders pending materials (review work order, material requisition form and MR Update push OM)
      • Project Works with sub contractors
      • Plans, organises, and supervises the development and preparation of landscape construction plans, specifications, estimates, and other contract documents.
      • Escalate PA jobs to OM as required
      • Oversees and conducts field inspections prior to finalisation of landscape and as landscape projects progress to determine compliance with regulations and specifications
      • Approve over-time from Team Leaders and obtain approval from OM
      • Complete Time Sheets each month
      • Manage petty cash allowance and reconcile payments each at month end
      • Performance Management and Assessment of Team Leaders and staff
      • Responsibilities include meeting with clients (or management team) to develop or refine plans for project, which may include ornamental plants, ground cover, and landscaping structures (e.g., walkways, water, and lighting).
      • Responsible for training workers, especially on safety procedures when large equipment or hazardous materials are involved.
      • Producing plans for the management, maintenance and development of projects
      • Provide estimates on time, labour, site measurements, cost/budget information as required, maintaining necessary records for effective administration.
      • Monitoring and checking work on-site
      • Making sure projects meet clients time and cost requirements
      • Discipline Team Leaders and staff
      • Send work order updates to Help Desk
      • Ensure all closed work orders are closed on CAFM
      • Complete operational performance reports
      • Maintaining Records Management System
      • Performs related work as assigned
      • Have a positive attitude and flexible approach to work demands. Coach and direct hard services team to ensure that they carry out professional service.
      • Maintain an efficient Accident, Reporting process, keeping all records up to date and filed accordingly. 
      • Required to attend training programs as necessary to meet the contract requirement and for personal development.
      • Suggest energy savings campaigns to promote efficient use of energy utilities.
      • Suggest improvements which will result in increased income / and or reduce costs
      • Support and promote the Company Vision and Values, encouraging good performance with the promotion of Employee of The Month and Employee of The Year
      • To comply with the Companys Policies, Procedures and written instructions.
      • To fulfil Health & Safety responsibilities by adherence to the requirements of the Company's Health & Safety Policy and Health & Safety management system.
      • To support the Company's Quality Policy Statement and actively participate in the achievement of Company and personal Quality objectives.
      • To undertake such other duties appropriate to the level and character of work as may reasonably be required within the Department / Service. 

      Desired candidate profile for " Landscape Engineer ":
      • GCC experience is must
      • Facility management experience preferred
      • BE/BTECH Degree is must
      • Responsible for the operational staff, budget and performance of maintenance elements within the contract
      • Maintaining safety standards and procedures
      • Good experience in relevant field
      • Ready to join immediately

      Purchaser/Buyer

      • Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
      • Establish key suppliers agreement and identify new opportunities, and ensure purchasing compliance.
      • Support and advice management and staff on procurement matters
      • Audit and provide key solution in developing, reviewing and implementing purchasing processes and practice
      • Obtain reasonable quotation for the purchase of goods, items works, services
      • Reconcile and update information from time to time stock database to provide accurate processing, information management and reporting
      • Annually review purchasing /ordering procedures, policies and guidelines
      • Examine performance requirements, delivery schedules and estimates of cost of materialism equipment and production to ensure completeness and accuracy.
      • Preparation of contract changes and amendments.
      • Preparation of reports and presentations to management as required
      • Assume other duties as may be assigned by the Line Manager
      • To comply with the Companys Policies, Procedures and written instructions to fulfil Health & Safety responsibilities by adherence to the requirements of the Company's Health & Safety Policy and Health & Safety management system.
      • To support the Company's Quality Policy Statement and actively participate in the achievement of Company and personal Quality objectives.

    Desired candidate profile for " Purchaser/Buyer :
    • GCC experience is must
    • Driving license is essential
    • Facility management experience preferred
    • Graduation is must
    • Good knowledge and/or administration of contracts 
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines on time 
    • Demonstrate customer service skills and high level of communication both verbal and written and interpersonal skills including negotiation and resolution skills.
    • Ability to use wide range of computer applications
    • Good experience in relevant field
    • Ready to join immediately
