- Handling Customer service calls 24/7. Receive & log the call in the system on time. Scheduling team to attend the reported calls. Follow up with the team for the ongoing work in progress related to the reported call and update customers accordingly.
- Screen the reports submitted by Team & take necessary required action (Submit Quotation/file the report).Send spare parts quotation. Keep track of open calls due to spare parts requirement & close it by scheduling team to complete the related task.
